RETURN POLICY

No Refunds/Exchanges! All Sales Are Final.

Please be sure to read the item description, as all items come just as described and pictured. However, customers can still request for an exchange at our discretion. If an order cancellation is necessary, a request must be approved before any order can be cancelled. 

 

- Any merchandise marked "Sale" are final sale, no exceptions!

- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

- Approved exchanges for store credit will incur a 15-20% restocking fee. 

- Shipping fees are not refundable.

 Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

- SITA'S RAC diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

Price on this invoice does not included shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.  We do not issue refund for packages that shows that it has been delivered.

 

CANCELLATION


Please note we do not accept cancellations after your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from SITA'S RAC, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.
 
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it.  You must follow up with the United States Postal Service.  SITA'S RAC is not responsible for package(s) that shows complete delivery.           

All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.

Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate not a guarantee, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. 

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES


SITA'S RAC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order.  Upon inquiry, SITA'S RAC will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
